After settling a sale agreement, the Buyer must
Register to purchase the Item. Once the purchase request is received, Prime Auto Center will contact the Seller to approve the transaction.
STEP 2: PAYMENT

Once the Seller has approved the transaction, Prime Auto Center will contact the Buyer with further instructions, through an eMail Invoice message. The
Invoice will provide detailed information about the purchase along with necessary payment instructions to finalize the transaction. More exactly, the Buyer will have Step-by-Step instructions on how to send and confirm the payment with our Trade Financial Department. Upon receipt of the payment, it will be securely held in Prime Auto Center' Trust Account for safekeeping until the transaction is concluded.
STEP 3: SHIPPING

The shipping will start within 1 (one) - 3 (three) Business Days after the payment is confirmed. After dispatch, the transaction information will be automatically updated on the website and the Buyer will receive a separate eMail notification with detailed shipping information. The delivery process will take from 3 (three), up to 5 (five) Business Days, depending on the shipping distance.
During transit, all Items are insured against damage, loss, theft, and so on.
STEP 4: DELIVERY & INSPECTION

At delivery, You will be walked through a PDI (Pre-Delivery-Inspection), performed by a Prime Auto Center Technical Inspector. The PDI will describe the Item condition at the time of delivery. The PDI report must be kept until the
7 Day Money Back Guarantee program ends as it will be required in case the Item needs to be returned. Additional information regarding the returning process, can be found on the

Note: The
7 Day Money Back Guarantee starts once the PDI is complete, signed by the Buyer and confirmed by the Prime Auto Center Technical Inspector, at the time of delivery.
STEP 5: FINAL APPROVAL

Once the
7 Day Money Back Guarantee program ends, the Buyer must inform Prime Auto Center if the Item is accepted or rejected. According to the
7 Day Money Back Guarantee policy, if the Item is accepted, Prime Auto Center pays the Seller and the transaction is complete. If the Item is rejected, the Buyer must start the
Refund Process. Once the refund request is received, within 1 Business Day, Prime Auto Center will initiate the refund payment process and the shipping process will reversed (within 1-3 Business Days a Company truck will pick up the Item and return it to the storage area).
Note: The process is FREE for Buyers. All fees associated with the transaction are Seller's responsibility and will be deducted from the sale price, when transaction is complete. There are no hidden fees.
