Refunds need to be asked for within 7 (seven) Days from the date of delivery and will be handled within 1-3 Business Days. The Item needs to be sent back within 7 (seven) Days of buying it, in the same state as when it was delivered.
Note: Only the lawful buyer from the purchase agreement can submit requests for refunds.

    Returns are accepted under the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.
    Refunds will be issued as money back - this could be in the form of cash, credit card reimbursement, check, or bank transfer, depending on the original method of payment used during purchase.
    Return shipping fees are Seller's responsibility.

CONDITIONS TO BE MET BEFORE ASKING FOR A REFUND

  • You paid for an Item but You suffer losses because:
    a. The Item was determined by a law enforcement agency to have been stolen at the time when the listing ended
    b. The Item has an undisclosed or unknown lien against its title
    c. The Item's make, model or year is different than what was described in the Seller's listing at the time You placed your bid or offer
    d. The Item has an undisclosed salvage title, rebuilt/rebuildable, reconstructed, scrapped/destroyed, junk, lemon, manufacturer buyback, or water damage signs at the time when the listing ended
    e. The Item is different than how the Seller described it
    f. The Item has been damaged during the transport
    g. The Item has been involved in accidents and the Seller failed to specify this information or any important information regarding the Item's condition
    h. The Item condition is not as described on the Inventory page
    e. The Item is not delivered within 5 (five) Business Days after it is dispatched
  • Ensure that You still have the option to return the Item
    Returns are accepted within the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee period. In case we do not hear back from Buyer within 7 (seven) Days from the Item delivery date, we feel it would be fair to assume that Buyer is satisfied with the Item condition and payment will be released to the Seller. In case Buyer is not satisfied with the Item condition, must fill out a complaint and request a full refund on the transaction.
    Note: Prime Auto Center will resolve the complaint start-to-end within 72 hours, from the time is raised. If Prime Auto Center is not able to give a resolution within 72 hours, then a full refund is initiated.
  • Inspect Your Item
    Look for damages that weren't there when you initially purchased the Item. Prime Auto Center will only accept the Item and give You a full refund, if the Item is in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. In other words, if the Item suffered damages during the 7 (seven) Days period, no return or refund will be accepted.
  • Have the documentation prepared
    Ensure that you have proper identification and the documents that You have received at the time of delivery (Delivery Inspection report, manuals, service history book, etc.).
